“As Jesus continued his journey to Jerusalem, he passed through Samaria and Galilee. When he was entering a village, ten lepers met him. They stood at a distance and cried out, “Jesus, Master! Have pity on us!” Seeing them, Jesus said, “Go, show yourselves to the priests.” And as they went, they were cleansed. One of them, realizing he had been healed, returned, glorifying God in a loud voice. He fell at the feet of Jesus and thanked him; and he was a Samaritan. Jesus then said, “Were not ten cleansed? Where are the other nine? Has no one returned to give glory to God except this foreigner?” Then he said to him, “Stand up and go; your faith has saved you”.”
